A duplex apartment purchased by our customer during the construction phase within the scope of urban transformation. Our customers, spending their life between Bodrum and Istanbul, was so unhappy when they had received their flat that they used to spend most of their time in Bodrum.

We designed the lower and upper floors as two different living spaces, intertwined but still independent of each other. We removed the printed drywall boards from the ceiling, uncovered all the carriers, left the upper floor floor as concrete, even removed the plasters from the curtain walls and turned the house into a completely lean state. We turned the downstairs kitchen into an open kitchen and made the living area as spacious as possible. We designed the general lightings as indirectly as possible. And at the end of the job, our customer started to spend most of their time in Istanbul instead of Bodrum.
